Job Description
JELD-WEN is seeking a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks on industrial equipment and machinery. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Equipment maintenance – Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including diagnosing and repairing complex issues in industrial equipment.
  • Repairs and upgrades – Execute major repairs and equipment upgrades involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshooting - Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Safety Compliance – Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
  • Team Support – Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior maintenance technicians.
  • Inventory Management – Maintain accurate records of spare parts and materials inventory.
  • Documentation – Keep comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements and upgrades.
  • Cleanliness and organization – Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including maintenance shops and storage spaces.
