Job Description
The Maintenance Lead Person will assume all duties of Machine Adjuster, including setting up machines, making adjustments, performing daily maintenance, and assisting in supervision of employees.

Requirements

  • Train and assist in supervision of employees
  • Manage department in absence of supervisor
  • Work well with others, communicate with others, and have good decision-making ability
  • Lift 85 lbs. and work at high heights
  • Perform administrative duties and records
  • Work in extreme temperatures and humidity
  • Work holidays, weekends, and different shifts
  • Complete a successful background check
