Job Description
We are looking for dependable hardworking individuals with good work habits, abilities to minimize downtime of all equipment, and operate the facility at its maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate will work well with others and be self-motivated, with a focus on completing maintenance tasks and troubleshooting electrical issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Continuing education in RETA and/or other industry-specific courses preferred
  • Proficient in building and equipment maintenance
  • Minor to moderate electrical, HVAC, and plumbing knowledge
  • Maintenance troubleshooting
  • Minor to moderate welding knowledge
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally with assistance
  • Ability to work in a temperature range from +50°F to -30°F with moderate noise levels
  • Ability to lift overhead when required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication and hearing are essential for safety and productivity
  • Ability to operate scanners, tablets, radios, phones, computers, and other essential warehouse equipment as required
  • Overtime availability is essential due to demand
  • Ability to operate a registered motor vehicle as part of daily tasks
  • Acceptable and/or correctable vision
  • Ability to engage in frequent personal interaction and communication
  • Strong arithmetic and reading skills
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions, written instructions, and company policies
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and coordinate with others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing stress and meeting productivity guidelines
