Job Description
Responsible for the general care and upkeep of the buildings, its facilities, machinery, equipment, and grounds. Performs various tasks including maintenance of lawn and grounds, repair of parking lot and sidewalks, snow removal, and general labor and custodial duties.

Requirements

  • Responds quickly to requests for service and assistance
  • Completes tasks thoroughly and efficiently
  • Uses equipment and materials properly
  • Ability to work independently and as a team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to move quickly throughout the complex when an event(s) is located in multiple areas of the building
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • Ensures a high level of customer service
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical skills and experience
