Job Description
Develop and manage the implementation of plant maintenance plans to effectively execute all maintenance and maintenance-related activities of the Cook Nuclear Plant. Define maintenance objectives and organization to achieve corporate and plant performance objectives. Manage programs to promote industrial safety practices and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, related science, or equivalent in technical school
  • Eight years' nuclear experience, with five as a Senior trade directly related to the specific discipline supervised
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Broad knowledge of nuclear standards, policies, practices, and procedures
