Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering first-class service to residents, managing service requests, and leading a team of service technicians. What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing service requests, completing work orders, meeting service budgets, and providing leadership to the service team. You will also be responsible for scheduling contractors, managing vacant apartment turn schedules, and performing quality assurance checks.

Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in building and mechanical maintenance
- Minimum of three years' experience supervising/managing associates
- Extensive experience with vendor management
- Administrative skills: communication and organizational skills, as well as project management and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of application software and modern technology
- Valid driver's license
