Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager will oversee the repairs and upkeep of all production and building related equipment as well as the physical structure of the building and grounds.
What You Will Do
Facilitate the use of Standard Work to maintain consistency and solve deviations to production, quality and safety, maintain building security, food safety and sanitation standards, and coordinate equipment and building Maintenance with Production and Sanitation schedules.

- PLC, Servo Motor, AC/DC drive diagnostics
- Basic electronics diagnostics and repair including SCR’s, proximity and limit switches, and e-stops
- Knowledge of motors, reducers, shafts, bearings, sprockets, pulleys, gears, drive chains and belts
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
- Ability to think ahead and plan over a 3-6 month time span
