What You Will Do
Oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a team, plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, prioritize and coordinate emergency repairs, and implement and enhance maintenance programs.

Requirements
- Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in an industrial or utility environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Working knowledge of pumps, motors, instrumentation, and control systems
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
