Build community, hope, career. As a Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee building maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts for an affordable housing apartment community. This is an on-site position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work
  • Technical expertise in one or more building trade
