Requirements

  • _Machine Maintenance - Oversees the preventive maintenance, repairs, and system improvement of all production machinery.
  • _Creates the preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, reviewing annually, and revising as needed.
  • _Performs various daily, weekly, and monthly inspections on the production equipment.
  • _Performs preventive maintenance on all production equipment per schedule.
  • _Performs repairs on production equipment, as needed.
  • _Coordinates and oversees repairs that require outside technicians

  • _Leads and supports continuous improvement projects
  • _Supports new employees on the proper training of machine and facility maintenance.
  • _Support the safety committee to ensure all the guidelines and regulations are being followed.

  • _Signs off on Team Members' time sheets by 5pm on the Monday of each payweek.
