Job Description
OnTrac is hiring a Maintenance Manager in Chicago! The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance of facility equipment and directly supervises and coordinates the activities of the maintenance technicians.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in preventative and corrective maintenance of conveyor systems and material handling equipment, or equivalent combination of education and specific work experience.
  • Technical degree or trade school certificate preferred.
  • Proficiency reading blueprints and schematics.
  • Working knowledge of PC and CMMS systems.
  • Excellent mechanical skills.
  • Leadership skills required, management experience is desirable.
