Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to provide supervision, direction, and guidance to maintenance associates, and oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, property inspections, and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA-CFC certification
  • EPA-LBP Certification (for properties older than 1978)
  • Apartment maintenance experience
