Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment and facility systems. This role leads maintenance teams, manages preventative and corrective maintenance programs, and works closely with Production and Engineering to minimize downtime.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • 7–10+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proven experience leading maintenance teams and managing plant equipment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and maintenance practices
  • Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
