Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the personnel and equipment regarding activities with design, construction, modification, and maintenance of machinery in manufacturing so that throughput, inventory, and operating expense objectives are achieved.
What You Will Do
Manage tasks, assignments, and schedules for personnel, analyze mechanical, electrical, and operational problems, test equipment, develop and maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program, and train and oversee maintenance technicians.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years' experience in automotive/industrial manufacturing, strong personal leadership and communication abilities, and knowledge of customer product lines and internal manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Three to five years' experience in automotive/industrial manufacturing
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent training and/or experience
- PLC programming, troubleshooting experience, robot experience
- Welding, electrical circuitry, mechanical machine repair
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED required or equivalent training and/or experience
- Equivalent of an Industrial, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering Degree or Journeyman Certification a plus
