Role OverviewAs the Maintenance Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the apartment community.
What You Will Do
Daily supervision of Maintenance staff members, inspection and oversight of work orders, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance service requests, mentoring and training maintenance staff members.

Requirements
- 2 years supervisory experience leading a team
- Experience in hotel, apartment, hospital maintenance/engineering
- H.V.A.C. or EPA Universal Certification
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers and H.V.A.C.
- Proven track record managing a preventative maintenance program and experience with capital projects
