Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance team and report to the Plant Manager. The role involves direct leadership, team development, and maintenance strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum plant uptime, enforcing safety protocols, and managing maintenance budgets.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for designing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, analyzing equipment performance data, and enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols. They will also develop and manage maintenance budgets, oversee spare parts inventory, and partner with production, engineering, and quality teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a relevant manufacturing/engineering degree, minimum three years of management experience in heavy manufacturing, and technical capability and understanding. They will also have experience managing financial responsibilities for maintenance-related functions and strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

- CMMS – Computerized Maintenance Management System experience
- Maximo experience strongly preferred
- CPMM- Certified Plant Maintenance Manager preferred
