Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in corrective and preventive maintenance of production machines, tools, equipment and maintains buildings, grounds and utility systems. The role involves scheduling repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations. The Maintenance Manager oversees preventive maintenance programs, reviews production and maintenance reports, and maintains TS compliance.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling repair and maintenance, coordinating activities of workers, reviewing production and maintenance reports, and maintaining TS compliance. The Maintenance Manager will also plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures to improve operations and minimize operating costs.

Requirements
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
