What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include supervising maintenance staff, evaluating staff, managing activities of all maintenance departments, maintaining established facilities in accordance with local and state building codes, and ensuring that preventative maintenance procedures are carried out on a scheduled basis.

- State Builder’s License
