Role Overview

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance operations to ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing environment. This role drives equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives, capital projects, and regulatory compliance while supporting production objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do

Lead all maintenance activities, maximize equipment uptime, support production schedules, provide leadership and coaching to maintenance personnel, and manage maintenance and capital improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing management experience
  • Two or more years of experience in an ink or chemical manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with long-term, mid-range, and daily maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Thorough knowledge of industrial safety requirements and regulatory compliance
  • Proven leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and project management skills
