Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance and upkeep of ARM's Hershey-area office buildings, fleet vehicles, company supplies, equipment, and tooling. This role is responsible for tracking maintenance schedules, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the facilities, equipment, and tooling are safe and operating properly while maintaining budget.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining company equipment, field sampling tools, and nuclear soil density gauges, as well as managing vendor maintenance to vehicles and overall building maintenance.
