Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining and coordinating repairs of the grounds, building, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner within budget. They will oversee the maintenance and repair of the building's structure, including windows, doors, exterior siding, masonry, and roofing. The Maintenance Manager will also coordinate grounds maintenance, oversee housekeeping staff, and ensure the standard of cleanliness.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Manager will perform preventive maintenance, maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and inspect and repair the building's structure. They will also coordinate larger repairs with contractors, oversee their work, and maintain an attractive and safe building. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will ensure fire, safety, and sanitation practices are followed and facilitate fire and disaster drills.

Requirements
