Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance operations across multi-shift food production lines for the Mooresville facility. This role ensures equipment reliability, adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

The Maintenance Manager will assemble, motivate and manage a high-performance team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage business-sustaining capital projects, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant maintenance leadership experience, preferably in a food or nutraceutical production environment
- Strong knowledge of high voltage multi-phase electrical systems troubleshooting
- Experience in food processing and packaging equipment and processes
- Experience with HVAC, alarms & surveillance, fire systems, electrical service and distribution systems
- Working knowledge of GMP’s, OSHA, Electrical Safety, Food Safety (FDA, SQF, NSF), and Building Code regulations
- Experience with computerized predictive/preventative maintenance program, work order generation/logging and provide trend information
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
- Ability to read and understand control logic, P&IDs and other technical material pertinent to automated packaging equipment
