Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager will provide leadership and technical expertise in the mechanical, reliability, and electrical maintenance department, as well as engineering, projects, and plant services. The role involves managing all areas of maintenance, developing Standard Operating Procedures, training staff, and implementing maintenance systems. The Maintenance Manager will work closely with production, quarry, and quality teams to provide leadership, guidance, and direction for plant operations.
What You Will Do
Manage all areas of maintenance, develop Standard Operating Procedures, train staff, implement maintenance systems, oversee the maintenance department, align maintenance plans with key performance indicators, plan major maintenance projects, and develop capital investment recommendations.

Requirements
- Excellent organizational and management of people
- Demonstrated experience working in high-functioning teams
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Knowledge of lean tools such as root cause failure analysis, preventive maintenance, visual management, and 5S
- Basic knowledge of MSHA regulations and safety requirements (preferred)
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Maximo experience (strongly desired)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years' experience in a functional role
