This includes preparing apartment homes for new residents and maintaining the condition of occupied apartments. The candidate will maintain the community's curb appeal and provide an attractive environment.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Manager will perform a range of tasks, including preparing apartment homes for new residents, maintaining the condition of occupied apartments, and addressing residents' customer service needs through clear and caring communication. They will also work independently with a sense of urgency and be solutions-oriented.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Applied trades training on a particular or specialized occupation
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- EPA certification (either Universal or both Type I and Type II)
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Over five years of experience to be fully familiar with required techniques, equipment, systems, documentation, monitoring the work of others, and work routines
