Role Overview

The Maintenance Manager leads all maintenance and reliability activities, with responsibility for people, safety, asset performance, planning, budgeting, contractor management, spare parts, emergency response, and regulatory compliance. This role develops and executes a disciplined maintenance and reliability strategy that maximizes equipment availability, reduces lifecycle cost, and supports safe, consistent production.

What You Will Do

Lead all maintenance activities, coach and develop maintenance employees, ensure rapid response to critical equipment failures, establish and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs, build and manage maintenance planning and scheduling processes, and develop and manage the annual repair and maintenance budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 10 or more years of progressive experience in maintenance, skilled trades, reliability, or engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams and managing internal resources, contractors, and vendors
  • Experience managing repair and maintenance budgets, capital projects, and asset improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA requirements and a record of strong safety leadership and performance
  • Background in Lean Manufacturing. Six Sigma or Green Belt certification is a plus
  • Ability to support after-hours emergencies and planned shutdowns as business needs require
