Role OverviewReporting to the Operations Manager, responsible for all company maintenance functions to support production and support equipment. Adhering to corporate, federal, state, and local safety requirements. Assist in initiating and implementing quality and reliability improvement activities.
What You Will Do
Establish and operate facility maintenance requirements within a staffing and expense budget. Manage maintenance personnel, ensure staff coverage, and maintain adequate spare parts inventories. Develop and report metrics for production equipment performance.

Requirements
- 4-year degree (engineering or technical degree preferred) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing management
- 2+ years' experience in ink or chemical manufacturing plant preferred
- Knowledge of theory, principles, and application of lean manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Above average knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Proficient in long-term, mid-range, and micro scheduling
- Above average computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Understanding of general safety requirements
