Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of a well-run property, providing excellent customer service to residents, and taking pride in the property. This role is critical to the reputation of the property. The position works a standard schedule, Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with occasional nights or weekends required.
What You Will Do
Monitor residential sites, demonstrate excellent customer service, review and assign work orders, solicit bids, and respond to after-hour emergency issues. Develop a preventative maintenance program to minimize cost to the owner and assist with employee recruitment.

Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in building maintenance
- Experience with HVAC and appliance repair
- One or more years of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance
- Experience with Entrata software
