Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of a well-run property. This individual will perform general repairs, provide leadership and support to the maintenance team, and partner closely with the Property Manager to ensure the property is functioning at a high level.

Perform general repairs, lead maintenance efforts, collaborate with the Property Manager, and respond to after-hours emergency issues.

Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in building maintenance
- Experience with appliance and HVAC repair
- EPA Level II certificate (or higher)
- One or more years of supervisory experience
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (preferred or required upon hire)
- Valid driver's license
