Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in maintaining, installing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of machines to manufacture fencing. The role involves ensuring the safety of all team members and contractors, developing and managing preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and working to ensure the mill can meet priority production goals.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Manager will supervise and coordinate all mechanical and electrical machinery troubleshooting, repair, and installation, monitor and maintain mechanical spare parts and supply inventory, and partner with purchasing to ensure that correct parts and services are purchased and received in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, 5+ years of experience maintaining mechanical and/or electrical industrial systems, and 3 or more years of directly related maintenance management experience. Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- 5+ years experience maintaining mechanical and/or electrical industrial systems
- 3 or more years of directly related maintenance management experience
- Knowledge of plant equipment, operations, predictive/preventative maintenance systems, and effective project management practices
- Strong MS Office skills, with at least Intermediate Excel skills
- Self-disciplined with attention to detail
- Must have strong organizational and analytical skills
- Must be able to work effectively in a team
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
