Role Overview

The Maintenance Manager plans, organizes, and supervises the Division's maintenance staff and functions, responsible for overall fleet/equipment support and associated maintenance processes.

What You Will Do

Manages departmental hiring, training, coaching, performance management, discipline, scheduling of work assignments, and overtime authorization. Maintains an ongoing preventive/corrective maintenance program.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 15+ years of progressive hands-on experience in fleet management

  • Specialized understanding of maintenance procedures and general knowledge of industry regulations
  • Ability to manage complex and dynamic situations requiring a well-developed sense of strategic and tactical priorities
