Maintenance Manager

Sibelco is a trusted leader in sourcing, transforming, and distributing specialty industrial minerals. As an integral part of the Wilson, NC Plant, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for executing on the deployment of Total Prevention Maintenance (TPM) processes across more than 30 recycled glass processing plants, including process development, training, and compliance auditing.

What You Will Do

Report to the Plant Manager and lead the plant maintenance team to maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant equipment. Develop and refine maintenance planning processes and preventive maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical equipment. Manage the company-wide CMMS (SAP) system to track capital assets, life expectancy, and repair and maintenance budget and costs. Provide coaching, training, and accountability to plant maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field Preferred
• 8-10+ years of Maintenance experience including 3-5 years of Supervisory experience
• Lean Manufacturing experience, 5s, and/or Six Sigma certification a plus
• College Degree or technical training, preferred
• 480vAC/3/60 3ph electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others
• Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics preferred
• Able to work safely and efficiently
• Advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
• ERP systems experience (SAP a plus)
• Excellent communication and people skills interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with TPM Maintenance Program
