Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manager at Crenlo's Rochester, MN production facility is a critical position within the Plant Engineering Team. This individual has opportunity to lead and build a high performing team to administer the production and building maintenance functions.
What You Will Do
Leads and builds the maintenance team to perform necessary tasks and projects for successful production operation and continuous improvement. Utilizes the maintenance management system to plan and execute preventive maintenance activities and other planned work orders in collaboration with production operations.

Requirements
- Two year technical degree required
- Previous team leadership experience is required, with demonstrated success in building high performing teams
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (metal fabrication, welding, paint, assembly, or similar) is preferred
- Previous experience in a production maintenance function is preferred
