Role OverviewTecho-Bloc is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department at its Cayce facility. The successful candidate will build programs for preventive, proactive, and predictive maintenance, and contribute to the longevity of the machinery and equipment's excellent performance.
What You Will Do
Direct a team of maintenance technicians, manage the maintenance department budget, lead root cause analysis efforts, and plan and oversee daily maintenance activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and mechanics, and excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
Requirements
- Five years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor or manager.
- 10+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field or relevant work experience.
