Job Description
Maintenance Manager responsible for performing and/or overseeing maintenance on all plant machinery, managing a staff of maintenance mechanics, and utilizing proper techniques to assure safe and efficient operation of machinery.

Requirements

  • Recruit, select, hire, develop and educate Maintenance Technicians
  • Create time effective work schedules
  • Maintain / Repair or replace equipment when necessary
  • Order necessary parts, tools, equipment, etc.
  • Maintain parts inventory
  • Perform root cause analysis
  • Track utility consumption data
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with equipment suppliers
  • Maintain satisfactory Market Center targets
  • Create and implement preventive maintenance schedule
  • Support continuous improvement
  • Drive company Action Plans
  • Maintain close coordination with production department
  • Maintain compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and regulation
