Job Description
STS Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to support the opening of the brand-new STS facility near Salem, Virginia. The role involves managing maintenance tasks, analyzing equipment problems, and ensuring maximum production and quality.

Requirements

  • Manages tasks, assignments, and schedules for personnel within the department
  • Analyzes mechanical, electrical, and operational problems on assigned equipment
  • Develops and maintains the Preventative Maintenance Program
  • Trains and oversees newly hired maintenance technicians
  • Troubleshoots PLC problems and installs and maintains program modifications for all machines
