Job Description
Supervise the operations of a multi-craft campus maintenance zone, provide leadership and administrative supervision to zone personnel, and ensure effective communication and high levels of customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supervision or technology
  • 3+ years of administrative supervisory experience
  • Valid US or Canadian driver's license
  • Thorough knowledge of mechanical systems and building construction and maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals and service manuals
  • Computer literacy with database and word processing knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
