Maintenance Manager- One Rangers Way

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience or equivalent technical experience
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, local code, building standards & customer service skills)
• Experience with reporting on monthly P&L statements to ownership, contract negotiation and vendor management
• Effective leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational
• Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate
• Resilient and teamwork oriented; able to multi-task and handle competing priorities
• Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and
• The ability to function professionally under pressure while managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
• Proven competencies in software applications and programs, particularly Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Excellent word processing and file management skills
• Experience with Entrata is preferred
• Good working knowledge of office equipment and procedures, including computers, photocopiers, printers, telephone systems, etc.
• Must possess personal tact, discretion, and good judgement. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years of working experience in the industry or relevant building maintenance required
• 2+ years of managing team members
• CPO (not required but a plus)
