Role OverviewThe Maintenance Manufacturing Engineer supports the reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and processes within TTM Technologies' printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Lead planning, design, and implementation of equipment maintenance programs, develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process-related issues, and perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and maintenance systems, knowledge of PCB manufacturing, and experience with troubleshooting, preventive/predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing or maintenance engineering experience
- Experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing
- Experience with automated equipment and process improvement
- Knowledge of IPC standards and safety practices
