Maintenance Mechanic I

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform skilled mechanical maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems, troubleshooting, inspecting, and maintaining a wide range of machinery and building systems.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing wall patching, plastering, painting, floor repairs, drain cleaning, minor plumbing, and general building maintenance tasks, as well as repairing beds, furniture, doors, and other facility fixtures.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or High School GED
• 1-3 years of experience in general maintenance, related to the specific skills used on the job
• Two (2) years prior experience in general maintenance, related to the specific skills used on the job, upon hire
