Role OverviewPerforms maintenance and engineering duties, including maintaining, repairing, operating, and renovating plant and facilities. May receive guidance from senior staff and provide direction to junior staff.
What You Will Do
Maintains and repairs plant and facilities, operates and uses department equipment and supplies, and performs basic arithmetic calculations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of trade school or work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years as a Maintenance Mechanic in a similar sized health care institution
- Valid PA driver's license
- Ability to read, comprehend, and transmit complicated detailed instructions
- In depth knowledge of all applicable OSHA standards
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions and meet deadlines
- Ability and willingness to work in a manner that will not needlessly endanger the safety of themselves, others and equipment
