Job Description
Maintain daily operations of the maintenance department, including trouble-shooting, work orders, assignment prioritizing, and equipment maintenance. Uphold Casa Pacifica’s Standards of Behavior and demonstrate core values of respect, integrity, compassion, and courage.

Requirements

  • Two to three years related experience or equivalent combination of trade school training, externships and experience
  • Resuscitation (CPR) certification, helpful
  • Building Maintenance and General Trade certificate, preferred
  • Good working knowledge of general trades to include plumbing, painting, repairs, electrical, air conditioning, carpentry
  • Ability to analyze blueprints
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
  • A valid California driver’s license is required
