Role OverviewThis is supervisory work or highly skilled work in the general maintenance, repair and/or construction of buildings, related equipment, and plumbing, heating/cooling, and/or electrical systems. This position will require work in the evening and weekends.
What You Will Do
Perform at the journey level in a mechanical trade with experience in at least one or more other trade areas to perform work assignments. Review facility conditions to identify areas that require ongoing preventive maintenance and continuous repair of water/piping systems throughout the facility.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Applicants with documented working knowledge of commercial and/or industrial maintenance are preferred.
Requirements
- High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma
- Two (2) years of progressive experience in the assigned trade areas
- Current certification by the Environmental Protection Agency as a Type I, II, III or Universal technician as required by Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations Part 82, Subpart F
