Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic Lead will oversee maintenance projects, troubleshoot complex machinery, and train and mentor lower-level mechanics. They will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and GMP requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Two to five years related experience and/or training
  • General knowledge of electric, welding and machine shop
  • Food or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
