Role OverviewThe Maintenance Mechanic ensures all machines and equipment in the facility are working properly and safe to operate. They perform preventative maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment, build gearboxes, and order necessary parts. Operate various machines and tools, including Lathe, End Mill, Drill Press, and CNC Machines.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have strong work ethic, ability to work with people, and strong communication skills. Must be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and have basic mathematical skills.
Requirements
- Must have own tools
- Knowledge in electrical install, troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to operate various machines and tools
- High school/GED or Trade school in machines
- At least 5 years of experience in an environment with high-tech machines
