Role OverviewThe Maintenance Mechanic position performs preventive and corrective maintenance in the plant under management supervision. Performs all phases of maintenance, including electrical and mechanical systems. Maintains all equipment in good working condition. Follows preventative maintenance schedule.
What You Will Do
Performs routine services, troubleshoots and repairs all mill equipment. Conducts daily greasing and oiling of plant equipment as needed. Diagnoses and replaces equipment parts with little or no direction.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent. 2 years minimum experience with pellet mills/feed mill equipment. Forklift experience. Welding proficiency in MIG and Stick.
