Role OverviewPerforms various maintenance tasks involving construction and alteration repairs of NEXCOM Hospitality Group NHG buildings and equipment. Plans and lays out work in accordance with drawings sketches blue-prints and own knowledge of construction or needed repairs.
What You Will Do
Performs work in at least three of the following trades: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry. Installs, modifies, and repairs systems, equipment, and fixtures. Performs routine maintenance on washers and dryers, and recognizes and repairs faulty equipment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This position requires a background check and a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in general maintenance practices or three years of experience in a variety of trade practices. A recognized professional certification or license in one trade is preferred.
