Responsibilities include repairing and replacing electrical equipment, performing maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems, and ensuring safe operation of equipment. The role also involves performing daily routine maintenance, water-testing treatment for boilers and chillers, and maintaining log of equipment status.
