Role OverviewPerforms various maintenance tasks involving construction and alteration repairs of NEXCOM Hospitality Group NHG buildings and equipment. Plans and lays out work in accordance with drawings sketches blue-prints and own knowledge of construction or needed repairs.
What You Will Do
Performs work in at least three of the following trades: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Installs, modifies, and repairs systems and equipment, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry work.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires one year of experience in general maintenance practices, or one year of high school education substituted for three months of general experience. Three years of general maintenance work involving variety of trade practices is preferred.
