What You Will Do
Conduct minor repairs to car wash equipment, property maintenance, light duty construction, new project start-ups, and building and equipment renovations.

Requirements
- One to three years of electrical, welding, and plumbing experience
- Good mechanic knowledge/skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems
- Ability to work both independently or as a team on assigned tasks with a sense of urgency
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to handle heavy equipment, bend, lift and stand for excessive periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Required to submit to and pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening to operate a company vehicle as required by this position
