Job Description
We are hiring Maintenance Mechanics for the new True West Beef processing facility in Jerome, Idaho. This role is a member of the True West Beef Maintenance Team, which is essential in keeping the production facility running smoothly so we can produce as much exceptional beef as possible.

Requirements

  • Construct, maintain and test mechanical equipment, machinery and components
  • Repair and sustain the operating conditions of the machinery and equipment
  • Respond to requests by production area when mechanical issues with equipment have been identified
  • Set up, adjust, and break down production line machinery and complete daily documentation
  • Interpret drawings of equipment to properly adjust, maintain and/or repair machinery
  • Conduct regular visual inspections of production equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and makes recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain a positive attendance record
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
